Live Earth has developed a Global Event
Management model that allows any consumer the ability, (through a variety of web‐based interfaces), to
load any event or series of events worldwide onto a unique membership card that also stores value.
This Event Model allows Live Earth to leverage its proprietary applications,
allowing a significant upgrade to the ticketing paradigm for events around the world. The model includes
concerts/festivals, sporting franchises and the venues themselves, impacting the promoter, performers,
venue and consumer in an alliance that crosses many vertical markets. Up till now, technological restraints
